Building Help has proudly served as an approved Service Provider to icare (Insurance & Care NSW) since 2012, delivering comprehensive Project Management Services. Over the past decade, we have successfully managed approximately 120 individual projects across various regions of Australia, as well as a number of international projects.

As Building Modification Project Managers (BMPM), our role encompasses complete project oversight, working closely alongside Building Modification Occupational Therapists (BMOTs), Builders, icare Coordinators, icare Case Managers, participants and their families. Our responsibilities include comprehensive property assessments, converting clinical recommendations into actionable, compliant home modifications, managing project design and approvals, and overseeing construction and defect rectification processes. Each modification is carefully executed in compliance with local planning laws, the National Construction Code, and all relevant Standards.

To ensure continuous improvement and enhanced outcomes for our icare participants, our team actively participates in icare Service Provider forums and industry workshops. This proactive engagement allows us to continually refine our practices, offering the highest quality service and maintaining strong partnerships within the icare network. Our diligent management approach and unwavering commitment to excellence have positioned us as a respected and dependable provider within the disability modification sector.
