Building Help has held a lucky draw after our very successful 2012 HIA Home Show Exhibition at Darling Harbour Exhibition Centre.

Caroline Masters of Kingsgrove was the lucky winner and we will contact her promptly to organise the delivery of her brand-new iPad 3 complementary of Building Help.

The PJRL U7/3’s footy shirt

Brothers Junior Rugby League Club is a non-demoninational Club, with players registering from throughout the local area and community, coming from a wide variety of backgrounds.Commencing in 1968 with 4 teams entered to now known as one of the largest junior rugby league clubs in Penrith and in the world, the club has not lost sight that in junior sport, all ability levels need to be catered for. Therefore the club aims for its juniors, both male and female to enjoy their sport at any level they participate in.

Brothers is highly respected both within the Penrith district and in the rugby world, attracting coaching applications from as far as New Zealand and over the years the Club and the College have developed many outstanding players, including Des Hasler, Greg Alexander, Brad Fittler, John Cartwright, Mark Carroll and Luke Rooney (all Australian Representative players).

Brothers continues to have a large representation in Penrith Representative and Development Squads. Thesuccess of these individuals highlights the priority that the Club has given to the development of junior players.

tree felling goes wrong

building help can be called in case of a building emergency

When a client's tree felling went wrong, they called Building Help. A Building Help expert was on the scene in no time. Building Help recommended appropriate contractors. Rectifications were under way within a day. Building Help inspected the job afterwards to assess whether it’s completed to standards.

Help for Owner Builder

The garage slab was out of level approx 20mm
So…. the ground floor frames (pictured) had to be ‘cut in’ to suit the fall, creating a perfect level for the above first floor, frames & roof structure.
Building help recommended that the owner builder engage licenced carpenters to build the ground floor frames.
Building help sourced and briefed the carpenters on the work to be performed.
The owner builder contracted and paid the carpenters for their services.
Building help inspected the work on completion.

The project completed on time and budget and the owner was very pleased that he could manage the work himself.

building help was engaged by an owner builder to advise on a new garage and first floor addition.

The owner builder was feeling overwhelmed with the task at hand, so a site inspection was arranged to assess the existing building, site conditions, proposed works, budget & timeframe.

The Building Help consultant was able to identify critical trade works & project risks, outside the ability of the owner builder, and helped to source and let these works to licenced tradespeople.
