Todd has over 16 years’ experience in the building industry.  His experience extends to all aspects of the construction and development process. Todd has worked as an Estimator and Project Manager for multiple construction companies and successfully managed his own Building Company. Among his many qualifications, Todd has a Certificate 4 in construction and is a licenced builder.

Todd has substantial experience working closely with various Disability Insurance Schemes to successfully deliver numerous large-scale Home Modification projects. His responsibilities include collaborating with Occupational Therapists to create detailed Scopes of Works tailored to each participant’s specific needs and injuries. Additionally, Todd is involved in preparing documentation for the design and tendering processes, engaging licensed builders to submit tenders, and coordinating with key stakeholders such as Participants, Support Planners, Occupational Therapists, and builders to ensure the seamless execution and completion of modifications. He expertly manages projects from their inception through to defect rectification. Todd is widely respected within the industry for his exceptional communication skills and in-depth understanding of the processes within the Home Modification sector.
